Application will not be processed until Landlord has copies of all items,: tenants drivers license, social security card, 2 most recent paystubs, and completed application. Everyone 18 and over must fill out an application. Landlord reserves the right to approve all Tenants and their applications, which can take 2 to 3 business days. This rental is for a one year lease, but Landlord would prefer a long term renter. No pets, no smokers. No Marijuana to be grown,manufactured or sold from this unit. Not for business use, for residential use only. Income needed is 3 times the monthly rent. First months rent of 800.00 and Security Depisit of 800.00 is required to move in and sign a lease.
